But I have tried running OBS as admin, setting OBS as high priority in task manager, my windows game mode is on, Ive tried lowering the quality of the resolution output of the stream. Now from some googling and looking up anything I could possibly find, the most reliable info I have is that my GPU is capping out. If I restart the game, everything works fine again until it freezes again, and it happens pretty regularly. I have tried creating a new game capture and it just wont recognize the game is open at all.
